Can I get samples before selling to customers? +
Absolutely! We offer sample orders at cost price (up to 30% off) so you can verify print quality, fabric feel, and packaging before listing products in your store. Most sellers order 2–3 samples before going live.
How does white-label branding work? +
With our Growth plan and above, we ship products with your custom branding β€” including branded packing slips, custom labels, thank-you inserts, and branded shipping labels. Your customers will never see our name. It's your brand experience, end to end.
What integrations do you support? +

What happens if a product arrives damaged? +
We stand behind every product. If an item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll reprint and reship at no cost β€” no questions asked. Just submit a claim through your dashboard with a photo, and we'll handle the rest within 24 hours.
